If you check the right side you will see there is about ETS2
The Posts about the france dlc are ets2 related and future plans.
And they stated in one of the blogposts that they will stop announcing features which will come in the long term...so of course there are less posts in that area, as they probably only will post stuff which will come "shortly" (so a few months later) instead of posting about concepts which may will come sometime (like they did with rigids etc.).
Also there have been several rigid version models of (many) trucks been in several newer game versions. Not all at once, but every now and then a single model of a truck.
I know of Mercedes MP4 (New Actros) and Scania Streamline and MAN TGX Rigid-Models, but I'm sure there are more. Also there have been a few "inside scs" videos where you were able to see the model development.
Also there have been several short trailer designs, so basicly the trailers for rigids.. See one of those videos or one of SCS's early ETS2 blog posts.
But that is over 1 year ago. So, there must have been more advancement in these terms.
Also there have been found changes for a 8x4 chassis (at MP4 files in current version in base.scs) which might be useful for rigids as well.
