Come on man, there are not many options already, anything with a retarder, anything on 4~500 HP, maybe a chassis with 3 axles, its your preference (and level) that matters : )

More power is always better in every circumstance unless you are role playing or the restrictions of an economy mod make fuel efficiency matter...it never does without mods. More gears is always better unless you are role playing or the restrictions of an economy mod limit your budget for transmissions

the main problem is, my truck always lose speed when climb...even with +500hp etc...

I don't see a problem here at first glance. Just seems like simple physics at work. If you want to be at top speed all the time, then i would recommend to choose the lightest weight contracts.

It's not a 750HP engine, so losing speed on a climb with a heavy cargo is not unexpected.
Keep in mind the DAF can only have one powered axle. That doesn't help either.
So far i haven't found a contract i couldn't do with my DAF.

It's a great truck, my preferred one in fact, but it does have downsides. You either have to learn to work around those, or maybe the DAF isn't for you.

My configuration is the XG+ with the FTS chassis, 530HP engine and the 16 gear transmission with the Retarder.

The rear steering axle makes the thing turn on a dime. Can also be lifted if preferred.
