Voice Chat for Single Player

Just wondered if there were any voice chats out there for the single player game?

Would be nice to chat to fellow players as if we were on CB, even if we weren't together in the game world.

Other than joining a separate voice program with friends that play (TS, Vent, etc.), no.

yeah thats what I meant, just wondered if there were already some non-MP dedicated ETS2 voice chats kicking about set up by like minded players.

There is a TS3 for the MP mod, but I don't know if its to your liking. I've not been there myself, and have read on the forum of some weird bans that go on there... Otherwise, I've not really heard of any off hand. I just use a personal Mumble server with a couple friends when we game.

should work on 1.12, its just a mp3 file you add to the radio list.

Thanks for the links, I shall look at them, but what I really wanted was to just chat to other ETS2 single player game players while I drive.

Pondering setting my own up, as it I'm toying with the idea of starting to stream, so maybe do two in one, as I do have my own Mumble server.

You can create a group user chat (or join a Steam group chat) and start voice chat in this menu[dl.dropboxusercontent.com] (on the right side of the chat window).

Thanks Timmy, looks interesting, but I can't see anywhere in Steam that looks like that window :/

Double-click a friend to open the chat window and in the top right corner you have this white arrow pointing down, click it and you have Start voice chat.

Oh I see, thank you. Alas none of my friends play ETS2, I was hoping to make new ones that do via a public ETS2 voice chat didnt involve the MP addon.
