ETS 2 BLACK SCREEN WHEN START UP

hello, i have a problem with ETS2 where, on launch, it doesn't boot properly and becomes a black screen while the sound still plays (company logos and intro music). however it does not crash. is there anyway to fix this?

There's one principal way to delete this black screen
Just launch game in safe mod

does not work game aparantley now freezes on the "start game" screen. also it doesnt show the game on start just a clear screen (where i can see steam and other stuff)

Verify your game's files it can be because a mod deleted a file

If you are hearing the music just tap the enter key a few times not fast mind, you will hear the UI clicks as if you are mouse pressing eventually the load screen will come on and game loads.

I had this problem.turned out to be graphic card needed updating.

okay problem is still occouring game now launches but crashes shortly after i have updated my drivers validated the files and everything and it still not working. please help.

*launches properly with SCS software screen but at 1-2 fps then game selection still at 1-2 fps

Is there a reason you're running the 32-bit version of the game instead of running 64-bit?
