Lag in Good PC

my game is very lagging even in the home screen.Its so laggy to move my cursor. I use the lowest graphic settings, I already update vga driver. No Virus, No Mod. My Spec is :
I5 9400-F
RTX 2060 6gb
Ram 32gb 2666 mHz

Do you have any programs running in the background while you play the game?
What are your hardware temps?

Have you tried to set it to high?
and in advanced settings disable ssao + aa and set screen resolution to 100-125%

Got game video card except from rog strix version so it should be nearly the same
also it can be your moba & bios not are updated for the new drivers, so they cant take full effect (sry just guissing if this is a prebuilt dekstop then sometimes they skip these parts)

edit: dont try this yet without a good guide / easy program to use if new to this.

CPU is around 45-50 C and GPU around 35-40 C

Those results are really great, so why you are getting a low fps i still dont got a qlue about

and also i have firefox and spotify idling on backround

Check memory usage, sometimes Firefox can have a memory leak.

download a benchmark app,test your system.If there arent any problems,go in the game and set every setting to highest possible.should work.

Maybe its a graphical setting your gpu is not suporting fully? Maybe try and make some changes in the settings. After each change try the game and see if there is any noticable difference. Best would be togo one by one, but no more then 3 at a go.

How did you measre "lag"? Launch MSI Afterburner and watch for actual FPS counter.
