Change the following lines in the config (or config.cfg) file:
uset cf_asus_aura "1"
uset cf_razer_chroma "1"
Change the "1" to "0" and save it.
You can find the config (or config.cfg) file in your documents in the ETS2 folder.

The fault seems to be in your Steam profile, both the current and back-up files are throwing errors.
This is what my log reports:
It also seems like your current profile is corrupted so you should try and load an earlier save.
From the log you posted, you are selecting the 32bit version (win_x86) of the game.
Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\
and check to see if "win_x64" folder exists. It should. Dbl-click the "eurotrucks2.exe" file in that win_x64 folder.
It will automatically start Steam if it's not already running.
See if that helps.
In other news..
Technically, 64bit os will happily run 32bit apps. There are workshop mods in your game. Check that none of those are destroying important files.
