DAF XF 2021 Bugged dashboard

Hey,

I am kind of dissapointed by the 2021 DAF dashboard, I have 30k km and devs seem to not think about that, since the UI overlaps, not to mention now my "rest meter percentage" shows wrong stats...

Press F5. Then you have the sat nav on the route advisor.

And it doesn't seem to show wrong stats. The orange one is how long until you have to rest, the one above is how much time you have left for the contract and the time on top is the ETA.

That is this way in the game since years.

Im talking about the dashboard numbers, not the F5.

Dev: is small screen right.
The clock indication is good, top right in dev: 23.38, Daf, also 23.38 time.
Driving time in Dev: 8.04 for rest. Top left in Daf also 8.04.
The expected travel time without a break in dev: 23.57 Top right in Daf 23.57
De Pa with flag time 23.25 in Dev. Is estimated time of arrival without a break.
is not the clock time.

The large km reading is the reading of your daily meter, you can reset this to zero by pressing a button on the keyboard. sometimes happens on purpose. 30600 km.
Your real km driven are in the lower left in the small in the Daf.
32072 miles. Difference of 1472. km

so please explain to us what is wrong.

The 30600 km which is the driven distance in this truck is overlaping with the symbol, the symbol is behind the number 3, you can see it on the picture. Im sorry, but "reseting" the number for me is not solution, I want that number there.

And the second bigger problem, the % number in lower right corner, should be your indicator of "rest" and the number is not showing the truth. It shows 100% rest, which is not true if you look at the SatNav symbol and the number of hours left before next rest. The % keeps reseting on 100% for example when I get fuel.

Are you using a dashboard mod? Because the dash display doesn't ever show you things like your rest meter or ETA or any of the stuff that is given in the Route Advisor screen...

Ususally the daily meter goes to 9999,9 and than start again at 0. I don´t know how far it goes in a real DAF, but probably that´s why there is no room for the fifth digit.
But your driven km is 32027km and you can see it in the lower left corner.

The 100% shows your DEF (AdBlue) and has nothing to do with your rest time. Look in the upper left, the 8:04 shows you how much time you have til you need to do a rest stop.

What do you mean? Ofcourse every dash shows you these informations.

Adblue is automatically refilled when you refill your Diesel.

If you use Engine/truck mods which set the values wrong you can even run out of it.

What do you mean? Ofcourse every dash shows you these informations.

The dashboard displays in the game are just like in real life. They tell you things about the truck. How would your truck know when you needed to take a break? ;)

But as noted above, that percentage is showing your DEF fluid level.

Ye I dont use mods like that. Just visual, because the options for DAF 2021 customization is sadly non-existent.

I see, I never could see what the icon is, because its kind off low res.

It shows you ingame exactly what I told you. I don´t even know what the real truck shows you ;) Also the Adblue-level is in every ingame truck. If you goolge for ETS 2 DAF 2021 Dashboard, you will see that AD-Blue is written in that corner ;) The ETA and time til rest is not in every truck. As far as I know, vanilla it is only in the DAF 2021.
