Promods Russia- crash

Hello fellow truckeristas.
So I discovered yesterday that promods also have a Russia expansion, me being one that wants the map to be as big and diverse as possible I installed it right away, but it crashes my game, I can load the game but when I open the map to the see and enjoy expected gigantic size it crash.
As the mod require I have all the map DLC's from SCS installed. I also have promods middle east and Europe (and the required "road connect" file), so in theory I should be good to go...
- So do you guys have any ideas?
- Does the priority of the mods in the mod manager matter? If it does how should I set them up?

yes the great Steppe that explains it but there is a rusmap that adds a lot more russia

Which would that be?

RusMap includes Belorus and St. Petersburg - Moscow - Volgograd
SouthernRegion is the Rostov-Sochi area (great serpentines and forest paths)
Great Steppe - Western Kazakhstan
Sibirmap - Chelyabinsk-Orsk area
RoadtoAral - Aktobe (Steppe) to Aralsk

Wow! That's a huge combo of maps, bro, and they work flawless together you say? This is very tempting for me, Siberia? My God that's cool. I'm assuming there's a lot of challenging roads on that map? I find most of central and western Europe to be so boring to the point that I rarely drive there because it's just big 4-6 lane motorways, not very challenging at all, so I look to the east and North. Can I download those expansions from the Promods page also?

They work together perfectly. Use the download links on the ProMods page and be sure to stick to the load order suggested there.

You are probably referring to a "stolen" map which uses other peoples work. It is blacklisted on the ProMods page:

Examples of maps of which we forbid any discussion and support due to piracy and mod theft:

Map of Russia (Stolen Version of multiple Russia mods merged together, also paid mod!)

I Never use STOLEN maps always download from the authors site
try looking here

all the maps you need and correct load order and a lot better support that most

I didn't say you were using stolen maps - it's just you mentioned a big Russia map other then RusMap which I am still not aware of.

Haven't checked ROExtended yet, I heard there's some conflicts with other maps and Romania is covered well in ProMods. Thanks for the link anyway.

Yes - and it is fantastic. I've been driving around 50,000 kms in Norway myself in real life, knowing almost every road up in the North. Every road has its own charm, and ProMods and Finnmark capture that pretty well.

The only flaw it has they used a generic house for Polarsirkelsenteret. But it's work in progress

There's a temporary ferry mod you can add as the E6 between Trondheim and Mo I Rana is not yet modelled.

Personally I love driving there, tuning in to NRK P13 for some fine music. (The once great P3 has become too "teeny" for me)

IMO Romania is better covered along with Turkey and a bit more
It might have been the way i read it but it seemed to me that you was saying that Rusmap was a promods Map

No, but a ProMods-compatible map it is.

most decent mapmakes make them compatible with promods
so i would say that the majority of maps for a big combo are with the exception of Euroadnet and MHAPro those 2 kinda replace promods

I followed 'Radio Resepsjonen' from P3 to P13 and it was way over due back then and I've never looked back, the music the generation z is listening to is utter garbage


It looks like all this mod needs now is the E6 to connect Trondheim to the north.
