Logitech G923 noise when turning to left,

Hi! I have a G923 and it makes like a noise when it turn's left, not right. Only left. (As for now) no difference when the PC is off or on another game. Is there any solution on this and, will the noise go away for a while? It's brand new,

Could be a bearing in the wheel mate. Or the wheel is clamped to an uneven surface. I put a bit of wood between the wheel brace and the surface it is clamped to. The wood acts as a damper. If it persists, get it changed.

I bought a G923 a couple of months ago and it failed not long after. Had to return it to the store. They were going to give me another one but I told them NO and bought a G920 they had instead and they refunded me the difference in price. Turned the computer on and the G923 wheel spun to the left and there was a loud crack sound. Check the green power light and it was flashing instead of being solid green.

If you are getting a squeaking type sound on partial left turn, then it will eventually sort its self out.
If you find it annoying, then there is a quick fix, which you can do by removing the 8 screws from the bottom of the base and you can oil the two main motors within the housing. A can of silicon spray with a straw is the b est option to use but any similar oil should be fine. Be sparing, you will need only a very small amount.

Ive had two of the same wheels whit same problem. Im not sure if every G923 have this.

The G920 seems to be a better quality wheel. I would Never buy a G923 again. Also a friend of mine bought a G923 and about 5 months later it packed up on him. Seems like the G923 has problems.

Is yours rougher when you turn as well? When ever I turn right it's rough and it's clear it's jumping harder between what ever cog is in there compared to the other side. I don't have weird notable noise though. I might contact the store I got it from cause my problem isn't going away. Might ask them for the G29, had that before and I can't recall having any issues.

Edit: Nvm, mine does indeed make a clunking noise when ever I release or slowly turn back the wheel. I contacted the store and notified them of this and the issue people have been having here.
