Report a translation problem
it should be in the DAF dealership.
If not, then untick and re-tick the Daf DLC and see if it re-downloads and installs.
Then verify your game files. You can do this by doing a right-click on the game in your Steam Library and going to "Properties". There you go to "Local files" and there should be the option to verify your files. This will fix any missing or corrupt game files.
The drive to a Daf dealer and check it is in there.
OP owns the game, so this shouldn't be an issue.
But if they're using an older game version through beta channels, then they wouldn't have it available in their game.
Please read some of the guides here for more information, I would have thought it was obvious that you need to go to a dealer to buy a truck.

Make a note of these and decide which one is closest and then drive to that destination and enter the dealership.
