Game hangs in pause mode when towing to a service with route advisor

When I crash my truck and I want my truck to be towed to a service, I use my route advisor with mouse control for roadside assistance.The problem is that I can't get the game out of pause mode when I'm taken to a tow service. I use mods but they generally do very good in the game.I can't leave the game out of the pause mode and have to use task manager to force quit ETS2.Anybody have a solution for this?

Probably a bug, but F6 (or F7, whichever turns on the damage tab) and enter. Don't even need to pause the game, nor use mouse.

The F7 key did the trick! thank you for your reply. This bug with the route advisor with mouse control to call for roadside assistence (when the game is paused) happens even if you don't use mods. You can use route advisor mouse control but you should not leave the game in pause mode. I hope some one can inform SCS about this. Thanks for your help!

u can just press f7 for insta tow call

We know about this. It was supposed to be fixed in 1.33 however there was another issue with prevented that fix from working. ATS already contains the fix and there will be a bugfixing update for ETS2 which will include it as well.
