Strange Reflection on my Trucks
https://www.pic-upload.de/view-35175296/ets2_00126.png.html

Hello,
i am playing ETS 2 since december and had a great experience till now.
Suddenly i get these colorful but strange reflections on my trucks and trailers.
I had never had this before - how can i solve this problem? it dissapears when i turn the reflection to "high" but this decreases my performance, because my PC is a little bit older.
I'm running W10 64Bit.

Specs:
6GB Ram
750 GB Memory
2,3x4 GhZ Intel I-3
2 GB Graphics (Nvidia Gforce 610M)

The purple stuff? Looks like missing textures. Verify integrity of game files.

Did it. No problems reported... It must be something different.

From past posts about similar issues, the top causes are usually Windows 10 replacing your graphics card driver during an update with an outdated driver, an outdated graphics driver for other reasons, or a mod conflict.

My first guess since you're using a modded truck is a conflict with another mod. Try removing other mods, especially graphics mods, and see if that clears the problem up.

We'll I didn't change my mods for a long time. And I don't have any graphics mods installed.
And my graphics driver is up to date, you know.
Eventually I will post an error log tomorrow. Maybe this could help.
We'll I didn't change my mods for a long time. " Then you need to update your mod files if you havent in a long time as you stated . Most mods update shortly after the game updates .

Yeah, I mean I didn't put new mods in, I don't know if they are up to date. How can look it up?

If you got the mods from the steam workshop they are always updating automatically

Assuming the mod authors are updating them.
That's not a safe assumption.

Simply find the folder "material" in your mod. In that folder there'll be a folder called "environment".
Delete that folder.
It's something to do with your graphics card having trouble with chrome reflections on some mods.
Deleting that environment folder will not affect your mod, but it will make the coloured chrome go away.
