Deleted mods still show in mod manager

This mostly concerns promods. When I removed the last version and downloaded the newest version. The old version is still showing in the mod manager and not the new one. This means i cant activate the latest version. I also have a couple other old and deleted mods still showing.

Since i have more than one profile, i also removed the mods in question from the active list on all profiles. Also to be clear its in the general modlist on the left the problem is. Not the active list on the right

unsubcribe to the mods you dont want in the left box by left clicking on the mod you want to remove then left click on the i icon in the left top corner then click unsubcribe bottom right corner hope this helps

Did you also delete the said mods from your ETS2 folder?

i was unsubscribed to the mods in question, and yes the mods in folder was deleted. The promods problem is solved, as i was stupid and had used my backupfolder instead of the main folder at first. But there are still a few old RJL mods that even though im unsubscribed still show....
