Handy if the mod isn't being updated anymore, you're not savvy to edit the mod yourself, and you just can't live without it. ;)
I buy another truck with same configuration, but the bad thing that was my fav truck, i lost all the kms

Yes it is a save editor and I tried it to see if it worked on the damage and it did.
I did nothing else, but there are tons of options to change your profile, for the better or for the worse. Easy to get rid of all that money we have stockpiling

As I see it part of your truck is gaining wear but cannot be repaired because the wear is appearing where it should not and the "repair" process doesn't go there to put a 0 on the counter.
So that aforementioned save editor is your best option
