I have left right indicators fixed to the left and right flippers
Airhorn and headlights to A and B buttons respectively
Garfield try that, if you havent bound the wheel itself to anything other than steer left right then then there is no reason it should happen unless either A: your wheel is malfunctiong (unlikely) or B: something else is also interfering like steam controller support.
You could also try deleting the controls.sii file in your ets2 save profile in my docs-euro truck simulator 2 - profiles folder.
Are you using Ghub or Lgs by the way? Ghub causes problems for a lot of people, i use a G29 with LGS and everything works fine

For instance my g29 is registered in controls.sii as "device joy `di8.'{84EC0AE0-480C-11E9-8001-444553540000}|{C24F046D-0000-0000-0000-504944564944}'`"
It may work for another xbox controller user but certainly not for a wheel user.
its in the original post hes using a g920 (logitech) but theres never any harm in being helpful and you now know where to find the file should anybody with a similar controller to you ever have an issue :)
