You need to check all of your keybindings to make sure none are duplicated on other "functions".

it sounds like the wheel is at fault causing random control inputs when you push the buttons. if you have the keybindings in game set with no keys bound for multiple entries. besides most of the games bindings will prevent duplicate bindings to single keys. when its next playing up use the windows control panel to look at what inputs are firing from the wheel when push each button. my last wheel had a similar issue and when i pushed button 4 it also triggered 7 and 8 without them being pressed

Is the game seeing your wheel as "wheel & pedals" or is it seeing it as a "controller" or "gamepad"? Or is Steam seeing it that way? This is sounding as though the game has assigned a predefined button layout for a gamepad to the wheel.

I've had this problem with my T150, it was caused by the internal cable that connects the wheel buttons to the main circuit board. The cable is a coiled type similar to that found on headphones, it runs up the central column & seems to get tangled with use. This was causing a connection issue on the plug that connects to the back of the steering wheel hub circuit board.

I've had to disassemble the wheelbase & steering wheel twice in the last 18 months to loosen the cable. Unfortunately its starting to play up yet again when I put a lot of rotation on the wheel and will likely eventually cause terminal damage to the cable.

I use L2 & R2 for the indicators and these are usually the first to start producing unexpected results.

If your buttons are producing multiple inputs all the time, its likely the cable has broken, my button inputs varied as I rotated the wheel.

@Kevell77

Nice bit of information there. Award given.

For me it looks more like a button definition problem..look for all definitions of that key you will find it..I hope at least you do not need to open your wheel

Thank you so much that was one of my fears TBH so i will try sorting my leads out i have cable tied to my wheel base so the wires do not move bout but i will still check them and look into this more i did contact Thrustmaster support but not had anything back so they was a BIG help lol.

Does the 150 ferrari use software where you can also define macros? This may cause two functions from same button. AFAIK you cannot have one button do two things in ETS2 or ATS, one new programming removes the old one.
