They are not fun to drive.
Would Forza Horizon do? Forza Horizon 5 came out recently so that's up to notch if you want good graphics and latest gimmicks in game desing. A bit pricey, though, and you are not driving in Europe. If that matters.
Then there's the previous Forza Horizon (4) you can now get cheaper as the price dropped when the new version came outl. In Forza Horizon 4 you are driving in Britain so the scenery is more like in ETS2.
If you like offroading there's the BeamNG.drive. That one has soft body physics so the car crashes are quite realistic.
Edit: And before you buy it usually pays to watch a couple YouTube let's plays to see whether the game is something you like!
