Any games like this, just with "normal" cars?
As the title says, is there any game that#s similiar to this one, just with normal cars where you can just cruise around Europe?

So to speak, a kind of a "Microsoft Car Simulator" or the like.

If not, can you recommend some good Car mods for this game? I mean, I already checked the Steam Workshop, but there are tons and I don't want to test through a billion to know which are worthwile, I'd rather listen to the community on this one :)

Thank you =)
Anytime Chief
All car mods have the same enormous drawback: they drive exactly the same as all the trucks. They are essentially a truck, with truck physics and handling, skinned as a car.
They are not fun to drive. :steamfacepalm:
City Car Driving is a bit old, though... Graphics not that great in modern standards...

Would Forza Horizon do? Forza Horizon 5 came out recently so that's up to notch if you want good graphics and latest gimmicks in game desing. A bit pricey, though, and you are not driving in Europe. If that matters.

Then there's the previous Forza Horizon (4) you can now get cheaper as the price dropped when the new version came outl. In Forza Horizon 4 you are driving in Britain so the scenery is more like in ETS2.

If you like offroading there's the BeamNG.drive. That one has soft body physics so the car crashes are quite realistic.

Edit: And before you buy it usually pays to watch a couple YouTube let's plays to see whether the game is something you like!

This dropped on my radar in recent days, to keep in mind for the future:

The Crew 2. It's based on USA, not Europe, but the map is pretty large. Also, it's about same age, 10 years or something like that, but haven't been updated. Anyways, I think it's the largest map you will find for cars (there's also boats, and planes). And it is on Steam, I don't know how to link it... I guess I should learn how to... Maybe someday...
