Does it replace the base map and dlc map, I wouldnt mind for the base map but it seems a bit of a waste to replace the new DLC maps. Also is there any point downloading it rn if I dont have iberia

Yeah but I am assuming its going to be updated soon so I wouldnt be able to use it for long would I?

It does not replace the map areas, rather, it modifies them. The exception is when a new DLC area is released that covers the same area that Promods had already included and then it only replaces the DLC area until the next Promods update when they have had the chance to integrate their mod into the new DLC area.

At the moment, the current version, Promods 2.52, will replace the Iberia DLC area because Promods already had some of Spain included in their mod. The next version, Promods 2.55, will have their changes integrated into the Iberia DLC area.

Promods 2.52 works with game version 1.40 so you could keep using that until you obtain Iberia or until the game version moves to 1.41.

yeah but so long you use the PM 2.52 Version it works with the Version of ETS 1.4 later versions of PM for sure you need the Iberia DLC. It`s how Ryu tells it

When it will be updated we do not actually know, it could be a couple of weeks or months, it depends on how much work they have got to do to get there map aligned with the SCS map.

Currently it is not compatible with the Iberia DLC, so if you have that and all the other map DLCs you may as well wait.

I, along with a lot of other players have multiple profiles so they can play with or without mods or DLCs.
DLCs I think are global to the whole game where as mods are per profile.
So if you wanted to play with ProMods then you would disable the Iberia DLC from the DLC tab of the game properties but you would have to remember to enable it again if you wanted to play with Iberia on another profile.
