World of Trucks won’t login

Hello. Can you enter the game with your WoT account? Because for me it loads for around 30 seconds then it says that login failed, try to fix your internet connection, but everything is ok with it. Also I tried to login to my WoT account on website and it’s all good there.

Yes, everything is the same. Currently redownloading my game, gonna tell if it helped or not.

I redownloaded the game, disabled Iberia, redownloaded it as well individually. Didn’t help.
Also I tried to create another profile it launched good, but when I tried to connect my WoT account to it and it says that my internet connections lost (but its alright).
Any suggestions what I could do?

for me the reason was the change of fuel in the game save profile

i'm facing the same problem, i was playing in 1.39 these days in truckersmp and yesteday i get the iberia dlc and updated my game but when i try to login the game stay verifying the account information forever and nothing happen.

I’m sorry to hear that. However, I fixed my problem and was able to play normally. What I did after trying to redownoload the game is: I rebooted my pc, pulled out cables of it and pulled back on, restarted my router few times and then it finally worked. I actually had wrote to tech support few hours before it but fixed it before they responded. Maybe you should try to do the same. Hope it helps you.

I downloaded the game again, restarted my router and the World of Trucks connected, but when I try to enter the game it keeps checking the account information. If creating a new profile the same thing happens, world of trucks connects but I can't get into the game. I don't know what else to do 😞

I downloaded the game again, restarted my router and the World of Trucks connected, but when I try to enter the game it keeps checking the account information. If creating a new profile the same thing happens, world of trucks connects but I can't get into the game. I don't know what else to do 😞

It’s actually sad to hear, I lauched ETS2 just now and I successfully connected into WoT. Go to the World of Trucks official website and there would be tech support on the bottom of the site, try to message them and tell about what happened.

TruckersMP is not compatible with 1.40 currently.

The same thing happens to me, I have written to technical support and I have not received a response, so I will make a new steam profile

Now I'm able to log into the account just by restarting the router

Hello, I have a good news! I send a e-mail to scs's support explaining what was happening and so they asked me to send the net.log and and game.log.txt file's for them. Yesteday I got the answer and the problem was my antivirus restricting the connection with the game. I unnistal my anti-virus and the game come back connecting normally with the Wot

Another way to connect but not ideal is using a VPN I also tested and it works
