The lights are off, however the lighting is unreal as very clear and even if the lights were to be seen on, the lighting should be the same as at night since there is no solar light in the middle of the tunnel.
Clearly you never drive on a tunnel irl i see.
Exactly, that is a problem with the game engine. Is either day or night, that is why we have sun light inside tunnels during day time.
This is why they are switching the lighting system over to the new version. The new systems should allow for more robust lighting in specific areas, but these need to be done by hand.
