1.42 lagging

Hi, i play ets2 on 144hz screen and after 1.42 version the game is laggy like I playing on 60hz but in options seems everything to be fine. Its lagging in menu and in-game.
FPS in menu is above 1500 but looks and feels like 30-60fps. The cursor and mouse movement are refreshing like 60hz instead of 144hz

It happens with and without mods
I reinstalled game, tried different profiles and settings
I tried options like 60hz, 100hz, 120hz, 144hz, it is like the game setting for refresh rate is stuck on 60hz no matter what you choose
This happens in American Truck Simulator too after release of 1.42

I HOPE SOMEONE FROM SCS WILL TAKE A LOOK OF THIS PROBLEM

No, for me it goes above 1500fps in menu and 150+ in game

Everyting is up to date, i checked whole system it happens only on 1.42

Limit the maximum FPS in the driver settings for ETS 2 to 143 (one less than 144)

It sounds like you are hitting a fps wall, perhaps in the game engine.

Its not about driver settings, its something about the new update. Everything was fine till 1.42 dind't came. I just tried limit the fps in driver options and it is the same again...

I have the same problem.... Feels like 60 hz even if I have 144.

Activate V-Sync in the options. That will fix the issue of 1500 FPS in the menu which is just stressing your GPU.

This mod is AFAIK causing some FPS issues for some:

Deactivate that. If you don't want to have the "xxxx" in the game you can also do this via a simple config edit.

V-Sync is to take off stress from your GPU trying to do 1500 FPS in the menu which is pretty much just your GPU going into overdrive. The mod is the thing you should try.

Yes, its just a bunch mods i need to download for the latest version but i tried to play without any mods and i still have problem
