Well, then I probably have what you call a graphics ♥♥♥♥♥♥? LOL
- and I'm fine with that :) ... well, except that the game sometimes lags a bit because of my slightly too high settings in the graphics settings. :(

Especially because these proposals do not involve the cost of new hardware. It is otherwise both tempting and easy to spend a lot of other people's money, especially when I myself am considering replacing the computer or partially upgrading the old hardware. :)
I have now tried out the various suggestions for changing the settings.
But I find it hard to judge if they helped anything on my little problem with rare layers, maybe because I have tested suggestive in old map areas? (Germany, Denmark and Norway)
- It is mostly in Iberia that I notice these layers, in other map areas they are very rare.
So with my current graphics card, it's a question to myself about what I would rather live with: Rare layers and constantly high graphics, or maybe even rarer layers and constantly slightly worse graphics ... (plague or cholera)
So in the end I think it will probably be a new graphics card, and here @Peter suggested a GTX1650 4GB
I have been checking it out a bit, and have found out that it is available in 2 versions:
MSI GeForce GTX 1650 VENTUS XS 4G OC which is factory overclocked, and ASUS DUAL-GTX1650-O4G which is not factory overclocked.
Apart from the overclocking, I can't see any significant difference in the technical specifications of the 2 cards, but I maybe have overlooked something important there?
I'm not a big fan of overclocking, so unless someone can explain a very good reason to choose the MSI card over the ASUS card, then I think the ASUS card will be the best choice for me.
