I can't teleport using Dev cam

Hello.
I am trying to enable the developer cam + console so I can quickly teleport to friends on multiplayer. The console + dev cam are working, but the teleporting part isn't working...

Here's a quick video demonstrating my issue. I spam F9 but it ain't teleporting me. :(

I've tried things like deleting the current config file so a new one can be made as well as resetting all of my key bindings. Not sure what else to do now.

My friends and other people I met are able to teleport in MP using the console. It's just me who can't. :(

Have the same issue here nothing happened by pressing F9 task.

Correction: Teleport is no longer F9 but CTRL+F9.

F9 is now assigned to chat.

Edit: And it seems to only affect some players somehow. Even Max from SCS is not sure why. So if F9 for teleport isn't working for you, you have to use CTRL+F9.

I don't play Convoy, but F9 seemed to work when not playing Convoy, maybe it's only ctrl+F9 when in convoy mode?
The ui thingy popped up saying chat is not available, but i still teleported.

F9 do work for me haven't tried on multiplayer though
