That's quite low, do you know if devs are planning to do something with it?
If you had to micro manage them then yes I could possibly understand that to a point but, it is a truck driving game not a logistics management game.

You can use both of these mods to get more drivers.

Achievements? Personal satisfaction? The fact that it is a logistics management game because it literally has logistics management as a primary mechanic?
This game literally let's you micromanage your hired drivers, down to what they are training for, what truck they drive, their truck upgrades, where they are stationed out of, and even the freaking color of their truck, and you can do this for 300+ drivers at once. This is all in addition to multiple menus regarding their hiring, firing, efficiency, $ per mile driven, and they become the primary source of income after the beginning stages of the game. Are we playing the same game?
I said "A" primary mechanic, as it is the major money making method once the game gets going.
Although, if it can be ignored, is it primary?
to pick shorter routes instead of driving miles out..IE say from Liverpool
to Denmark
Hull be better way lol
Might be shorter drive time, but much longer ferry trip time making you late. ;)
