What DLC includes Ireland and Iceland???

No DLC available as of now with Ireland or Iceland. The only way to get those countries in ETS2 is to use the PROMODS map mod.

As far as I know, these islands are on Promods, and to use Promods you must own all current map DLCs.

Yes, I have read posts where people tell that there are challenging roads on Promods Iceland map.

If you want to drive around Iceland, then I highly recommend downloading the Promods map - there are very interesting roads there.

To Iceland? Doubt it. Within Iceland and cargo ships from Europe and elsewhere.

Well not a lot of people truck to Iceland but a ton does to Ireland so it makes sense for Ireland to be a DLC of its own. But never know since Iceland is part of the EU it could come soon with Ireland.

Since it takes more than two days by ferry from mainland Europe to Iceland I would say this falls into the same category as Hawaii for ATS and is probably only worth doing as a stand-alone map (and yes, I know that Promods have included it, but it makes little sense from a road based logistics perspective)

Exactly, the only reason why they'd probably add a ferry connection is for those who refuse to buy garage online then teleport directly there. So basically I don't see a reason why they should put it aside from, as you mentioned, standalone.

if Ireland was ever to come out into the game (no map mods etc), i'd expect it to be a free part of the UK rebuild
