The stream' URLs have been updated

This is what ETS2 is looking for

http://bbcmedia.ic.llnwd.net/stream/bbcmedia_radio1_mf_p

This is what BBC is emitting

https://as-dash-ww.live.cf.md.bbci.co.uk/pool_904/live/ww/bbc_radio_one/bbc_radio_one.isml

Good luck

Would guess that they changed the streaming urls.

Would look on their site if they provide streaming urls or if somehow the url can be extracted from their webplayer

Guess Beeb have restricted streaming to their Sounds app although this site is still streaming: https://internetradiouk.com/
Just have to work out how to get stream into ETS Radio which is beyond me atm.
Till then its goodbye to Ken and Popmaster. Dont care much about the others personally I find either irrating or childish or, in some cases both. Looking forward to return of Simon Mayo Drivetime on Greatest Hits. Victim of one of the biggest mistakes (hatchet job) on Radio 2

The same for myself (in terms of access), i enjoy listening to BBC radio, especially on a Friday evening.
I wonder if the games developer would fix this issue or would a quick fix (possibly for the long-term by the individual), to install radio app and have it on the background.

The urls for the audio streams were changed (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/help/questions/supported-devices/internet-radio-closure), and idk if the bbc changed the codecs. I also don't know about how authorized this addition was, but if the bbc hasn't changed the codecs they should just update the urls.

Yes it was Beeb. They have been giving warnings out for last week or so about ppl who use Sonos or other streaming devices that they may not work after today and to contact manufacturer if that is the case. I only stream on PC so dont know if anything else has been affected.
Just tried to get URL from a working stream (on my PC) using Inspect tab and got this:-"Tracking Prevention blocked access to storage for <URL". Was trying to follow guide off Youtube.
If there is someone out there who can give guidance on this, will be much appreciated.
I know you can run it outside of game but for its a pia (IMO) switching out of game if you need to adjust volume or switch to a station that works ingame

Update (13:36 local time):
Since there's a post from the BBC that says "We are not turning off these (ICY) streams, or making any changes to the technical requirements of the devices that receive them" (https://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/internet/entries/481e7233-0aea-4b15-8ace-878ce549108c), just changing the URLs should solve the problem.

I won't post a detailed workaround, but I updated manually the URLs and everything worked. Also, SCS should do this update and make sure everything is complaint with the BBC's terms of service.

BBC no longer available in ETS2?
Am I missing something? When I load up any BBC channel now, I get a pre-recorded message saying "BBC programs are no longer available on this device, etc." Is this new with 1.40, did a contract with them change or something?

The URLs have been changed. Look above in this thread for the new info. :)

I listedn to the sound AP when 'at work' during the week, but the devs will have to give us a bit of joy and update the URL as I play with headphones and can't listen to the game and BBC 2 - will have to give up ETS2 during Pop star!!

Do a search for BBC radio, there are a few recent threads about the issue from the past week or so.
