But before u can use 2.52 u will have to remove the old version then add in the new version.
There are two as you have stated.
Standalone Trailers - This keeps existing game trailers and adds the ProMods ones. (I choose this).
Replacement Trailers - This replaces the existing game trailers with the ProMods ones.
Please remove old version before adding new version from both Mod Manager and from the mod folder.
Your mods would be normally above ProMods, but sometimes they have to be afterwards because of a clash. I cannot say which for your mods but I would try above first.
Order of ProMods in Mod Manager (from Top to Bottom)
ProMods Trailer and Company Pack (Company Definition)
ProMods Trailer and Company Pack (Main Trailer Definition)
ProMods Trailer and Company Pack (Standalone Trailer Definition)
ProMods Trailer and Company Pack (Trailer Package)
ProMods Trailer and Company Pack (Company Package)
ProMods Middle-East Add-on (Def & Map Package)
ProMods Middle-East Add-on (Assets Package)
ProMods Definition Package
ProMods Map Package
ProMods Models Package 1
ProMods Models Package 2
ProMods Models Package 3
ProMods Media Package
ProMods Assets Package
I hope that helps.
I have been playing the game in 2.52 and Middle East with, the DLC's still in Mod Manager at the moment. It was mainly knowing how to put the Mods in the order required to run the game without any hitch. Do you think I will be OK leaving the DLC's or remove from Mod Manager, maybe leaving the Modern Garage DLC as this updates the garages to a better version, though I'm not entirely sure. Thanks again, for your assistance.
The easiest thing to do it try it. Personally I would move the other mods to the top of the list above ProMods.
A note.
DLCs do not appear in the Mod Manager they are core parts of the game and are handled by Steam.
Mods appear in the Mod Manager. These mods can come from the Workshop and are not kept in the "mod" folder.
Mods such as ProMods are put into the "mod" folder and then appear in the Mod Manager.
As long as the mods you are using are definitely for version 1.40 they should be OK with ProMods.
I personally would not use Real Company Names as they are also done with in ProMods.
It is this type of thing that can cause clashes because both are trying to do the same thing.
Appreciate once more your kind assistance.
If its only the Company Trucks and Trailers Mods you want, I don't see a problem but, you may still need the updated ETS2 1.40 for the mods to work within Mod Manager. pro Mods downloads are all (as far as I am aware) .Zip files so you will need 7z zip file manager OR I think WinRar works too?
Sorry I can't be of any further assistance, Hope this helps!
