I recently made a guide on how to edit saves. Take a look:

1. download and extract SII_Decrypt (any format) zip[drive.google.com] to a new folder
   
   • keep this open for later
2. go to the game folder in Documents
   
   %userprofile%\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\
3. create decrypt.bat (this will convert the saves in this folder to plain text)
   
   1. create decrypt.txt in the same folder where SII_Decrypt (any format).exe is
      
   2. open with text editor
      
   3. insert the below code
      

      echo off
      "SII_Decrypt (any format).exe" game.sii game.sii
      exit

   4. save, and close the editor
      
   5. rename decrypt.txt to decrypt.bat
4. go to your saves:
   
   %userprofile%\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\[YOUR_PROFILE]\save\autosave
   • The profile name will be replaced with random letters and numbers. Find the relevant profile by Date Modified.
5. copy game.sii from the save folder to the save editor folder
   
6. run decrypt.bat
   
7. open game.sii with text editor
   
8. find and change the value of money_account
   
9. save, and close the editor
   
10. copy game.sii back to your save folder: \profiles\[YOUR_PROFILE]\save\autosave

I don't really like the program so I'm making my own. But if you just want to change the money, programs are a bit overkill... But good suggestion, you can also try it @Doug Walker
