So something isnt ok with a mod - probably map mod.
I also saw a reference to Onedrive - never use Onedrive to store save files or other files needed for the game.
At the end of the log there is alot of errors referring to truck parts so I guess you have truck parts mods that isnt compatible with the version of the game you are using.
Your files are on OneDrive. Put them back into your local document folder as OneDrive is known to cause problems. Additionally you should deactivate OneDrive (please use a search engine for that).
Make sure that the driver of your wheel is up-to-date.

Additionally make sure that the loading order of your ProMods is correct.
You also seem to have removed a mod without selling ALL the modded parts first. You have to put the mod back in and sell all the modded parts before you can remove the mod again.
No idea what mod that could be.
Open the OneDrive folder in Windows Explorer.
Open Documents folder.
Right click your "Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder and you should see an option called "Always keep on this device". Make sure it is ticked. It then should start downloading the files from OneDrive and put them back into the Documents folder.
