European Trucks are all COE because their overall length is highly regulated throughout (Western) Europe, whereas a long nose would make you lose a lot of cargo space, therefore these trucks were abandonned a long time ago, all over (Western) Europe. Hence it do not belong in ETS2.
Same answer as above ... And OMG, videos ? Where else, trucks magazines from the 80s ?
I've seen 2 long noses trucks on the road in the past 5 years, one was a standalone, private transporter, not from a traditionnal fleet and the other was a circus truck, so again, not an actual transporter.
It has always been a niche model which originally sold very badly. A new version appears to be available, but it is still a tractor unit with limited a specialised appeal.
