Have you started preparing for the upcoming update = It will now be wise to remove all mods, as some mods are likely to become outdated and thus cause problems.
But even with this warning, I dare bet that we will still, as usual, see a lot of complaints about problems caused by outdated mods.
I stopped playing WoW and other games like that because of the reliance of having to team up with unknown people or if with guild having to quit if it went on too long.
So I decided that solo was the way for me.
Also what exactly is world of trucks and is it worth getting into it
Multiplayer doesn't interest me.
TBH I cant see point of convoy unless your providing aid relief
Never seen convoys in r/l when riding out apart from the Military.
But you can also play single player in 1.41
Anyway, as for me, I gifted a friend ETS2 during the last Steam sale and another friend got a copy for themselves, we're planning on playing together in a private session once the update launches. And imo, that's who the update is really there for. If you don't want to play online, you can continue playing singleplayer. And if you want to play with a huge server, you still have truckersmp. Convoy will be perfect for people like me who already have friends that play the game and want to do small, private lobbies so you don't have to worry about trolls and bad drivers.
- ok, movies are one thing and real life something else. :)
But I have sometimes seen 2, in fact up to 3 trucks from the same company drive in the same direction with such a relatively (*) short distance between that I can well imagine that they drive in convoy with contact to each other via cb radio.
(*) a few hundred meters from the first to the last truck
