What do you (or don't you) see in the game when you feed it a modified file? Do you just replace the game.sii.0 or do you delete the game.sii in the same location too?
My approach is to decrypt both info and textual game files, delete all files from a save directory and then copy back the modified info and game (as just game.sii, even though it is text) into that directory. I usually modify the save name in the info file to make it obvious that it is the modified save and there are some new fields in there that probably need to kept in sync with the game file contents (eg. if you change the money account)
I would recommend to get a newer version, often SCS changes something and then you won't be able to decrypt anymore with the old one.
You will also need to know what exactly to do and how to rewrite/ move stuff over. If you don't I recommend looking at a guide for savediting, youtube or steam, but steam guides are probably more up to date.
Because if you mess up one character the whole thing is gonna crash or won't work.
is work fine now i have to save edit one by one so the game reconize the changes
