this is a great idea, cause they are eco friendly plus does not tire the driver as much as the other truck because the got auto drive.
I think where sold does not count, just where manufactured.
All trucks in ETS2 are European Brands.
The trucks in ATS are American Brands - Tesla will belong there if one day it were to be added to one of the 2 games.
Hyundai would belong in the Asian truck simulator if such a game existed.
But the Volvo found in ATS is a model that Volvo has developed specifically for the American market and the American road network.
- I doubt that model drives irl on European roads, and that is probably also the reason why we do not have it here in ETS2.
At current time only in Switzerland. Tho if the European government wasn't so stupid and would actually invest in improvement of hydrogen infrastructure, we could see them in more parts of Europe. But we still have the normal XCient, don't we. Hopefully that gets added at some point. Would be nice to have some newcomer in the game.
I retract my previous statement RE the Hundai, as according to Wikipedia it is a Euro Truck, as Wikipedia lists production facilities in
Production Jeonju, South Korea (Hyundai Motors Jeonju)[1]
Ziyang, China (Sichuan Hyundai)[2][3]
Kaliningrad, Russia (Avtotor)[4]
Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines (HARI)
so the Kaliningrad facility would indeed quailfy it.
Does the Kaliningrad connection hold if what Hyundai produces there is only 3 kinds of box-truck?
