streaming to friends

You could give a little more information, like what platform you are trying to stream on, the PC specs, etc. A green button isn't helpful and the crystal ball we all use is a bit foggy.

He doesn't need to, its on the steam forums so it's implied its PC or something similar lol, also it literally pops up every time you start the game in the upper corner of the screen by default unless you disabled it somehow.

OP: I think this is just a built-in steam feature. Honestly I've never used it, but if you want to research it, I think its called Steam Broadcasting, there should be some knowledge base articles on it.

The Virtual cursor in ETS wont activate the Go live button for some reason, you best bet is to Alt Tab out to Discord and activate the stream on the UI button above your Name

Never seen this ever pop up when starting the game. must be some sort of addon or something.

I think he means streaming platform (Twitch, Youtube etc), the game is only available on PC (no consoles).
