The GTX1650 is better than the GTX1030.

With the GTX1650 you should be able to play on medium settings with SSAO deactivated. The GTX1030 would most likely only allow low setting with SSAO disabled.

As I have said before the GTX 750 that you have is a little better than a GT1030 with the better GDDR5 video memory.

The above video is several years old now so some game will now be better optomized and others may not run on the older GTX750. The 1030 is already several years old and should be avoided if at all possible as it is not a gaming GPU - it is a display adaptor.

8th gen Intel CPUs and motherboards are discontinued - they are now four years old, released in Q4 2017. If you go back another four years then you are at 2013.

An 8th Gen 4 core, 4 thread CPU like a i3-8100 would run the game today, but an 11th gen would be significantly better with higher instructions per clock and better long term performance.
A used i5-8400 probably sells for less than €100, a new old stock model likely is much more expensive but these used prices will rise as users with older i3 cpus want to upgrade. Buying an i3 today and updating later is going to be much more expensive. Making do with an i3 long term will limit your computing power in games as they get updated. The new difference in price shouldn't be much more than €60, which is why its better value

What is the price of an Intel i5-11400F and these older CPU models?

So, with an i5 10th gen and a gtx 1650 i can play the game with promods smooth?

Yes, with game and operating system on SSD. A HDD may introduce some frame instability that you may experience as a less smooth gameplay.

Should be good for many years of use.

Nice, do you think the price is going down in the next months?

Probably not. The shortage will most likely continue until next year.

Prebuilt computer prices will not get cheaper until companies like DELL and HP can buy good graphics cards for less than they can today. This will require Intel, AMD and Nvidia to supply more OEM manufacturers with new model cards at much better rates than available today.

Graphics cards will remain high until February/March 2022, then we should see something better as a new product at under €300. Nvidia, AMD and Intel are all set to have discrete cards in this lower price bracket. If there is HUGE demand, then prices will again start to climb.

CPUs, SSD and RAM should remain pretty stable for the next 6 months - you 'might' see Black Friday style deals prior to Christmas around mid to late November, but closer to Christmas prices WILL rise as demand will be above supply levels.

PSU prices are already the best that they have been for some time. May harden closer to Christmas.
