Try clearing your Steam download cache Steam - Settings - Downloads - there's a button to clear your cache. Restart Steam after doing this.
I just cleared the download cache and restarted Steam as instructed, unfortunately I still have the same problem. I have other Steam games installed on the same drive and there was no issue with updating these games.
Thanks for your help. I might just have to back up my saves and reinstall the game.
Clear the Steam download cache and restart Steam.
How do I save and can play the game on my Mac WITHOUT being dependable on Steam?
You can lock yourself to a version of the game by choosing one of the betas. But for any new update, you need steam to provide the data.
And I have 1.5 TB free on my HD
Frustrating - - -
ADD: I can download other games I bought - but not my favorite: ETS2...
Another Game's DOWNLOAD is queued, too 🤯
This is getting ridiculous - nothing was change on my side to produce these bugs.
Does someone have a solution (I have deposited too much funds in my wallet to just forget Steam Software)
