Please post your complete game.log file from the crash to http://pastebin.com (copy/paste, split the game.log if it is too big) and post the link to it here please. This way we can find out what the problem is.
You can find your game.log in your documents in the ETS2 folder as a default install on Windows. (If it is not there check OneDrive.) On a Mac the ETS2 folder is in your Library and there in the Application Support. On Linux the ETS2 folder is in the .local and there in the share.
If pastebin is not available in your country please use http://rentry.co and post the link to it here please. The page works like pastebin.
thankyou but i realised all i had to do was verify game files.
Fixed.
Can I ask if Steam is set to open when you boot up your computer - there seems to be an unusual number of people that need to verify game files after small Steam updates for the game.
That's right, i don't have it set to launch on startup atm but back when i had it, about 3 months back, i often had to verify the games i last played.
Though im not sure, it might also be me just force ending the games and steam along with it as soon as im done playing, but it also hasn't started verifying the games since i turned it off so yeah.
