Make sure all this is OK and verify your ETS2 Game...as it had an UPDATE...that may not Update/Installed all the file correctly...
You set the buttons under the keyboard controls section.
This happened a day or two ago to somebody else and it turned out the didn't have the proper Logitech software installed.
One way around it, is to use a program like Antimicro and set up your binds in that program instead, then close LGS when playing ETS2. Make sure to start Antimicro in admin mode.
If you look in Logitechs subreddit on reddit, you will see hundreds of people that can no one make binds work on any of their Logitech devices, since Windows 10 version 1803.
Sorry, but this is bs. I have a g29 and it works perfectly in Win 10 1803.
Have you misstyped the version?
The latest one should be 9.x
You dont have to bind any buttons in lgs to use any of them in the game?
Could you bind left and right indicator to left and right joypad on your wheel from in the game? Could you bind Start engine to the Playstation button?
Just make sure all buttons are set to "Use Generic"

Sure could.. well PS putton is TiR recenter, and joypad buttons are my CC.. bet yeah remapped fine using generic and in game mappings.
Yes, no problems at all binding them in game. My start engine is bound to the PS4 button, my blinkers are bound to the left and right buttons on the joypad on my wheel.
Every button and paddle on the wheel have been assigned a function in game.
Yes.
I have all buttons on the wheel bound to stuff in the game....even the small red wheel (think it is for force feedback strength on consoles or so) can be bound without changing any stuff in lgs.
