Well...then let's just go all out on it. How about adding taking walks? Showers? Bathroom stops? Let's also add phones! Oh...CB radios!!! How about adding the ability for drivers to sabotage the competition? Cause, you know...that ALL happens in the real world, so why not here right?

No, it is not rude. This has been suggested a million times and people had enough of it.
It just doesn't add anything to the game and it is not relevant to the gameplay. Personally I don't want that in the game

well eating and peeing might be a little too far.... but at least a truck can get dirty right? soo a truck wash is cool i guess and yess im aware of the damage story sadly enough but still its nice if they could manage it soo for me it might be: visible dirt and i hope in the future when the manufacters do agree visible damage

Dirt and damage are two separate issues. SCS has already explained that they can't have damage due to licensing (from live stream) and that they have tried to implement dirt accumulation but weren't happy with the results. Dirt may still come later, as SCS is still adding the truck wash prefabs to map DLCs. Similar to how they continue to add the bus depots in ETS2 even though the Bus DLC is on the back-burner.

YEP...ya even pointed me to a Demolition Derby game that ain't an SCS product..KUDOS to ya..
BUT....the FOOD? It could be a FUTURE Dlc? This is a SIM RPG right?
NOt a bad idea i think RYU for future consideration into the games? Think about it..ya gotta SLEEP in the game...why not add a "growling" Stomach three times daily...making a Driver pulling into gas bar/truck stops at a parking spot and activate the "EAT" button instead of Sleep? Great idea for a DLC maybe?
HEY! maybe you could put a "FOOD POISIONING Seek medical HELP!" DLC into the game...along with "DIAREA"/"NAUSEA", and Find a Medical Green Cross nearby? Green Cross's are in place already.....right? Make the DLC a "PULL UP" and "Activate" the "Doctor" button kinda the same as "Sleep"?

YEP...I like the SHOWER/SHAVE thing...like in the Real world "STINKY TRUCKER" got Tickets and Inspections at Weigh Scales...Clean truckers and trucks usuallly got the BYPASS light...as they Stopped/ate/sletp/showered/etc

there are 3 things that i like to see: truck wash, damage (probably not gonna happen), and hired drivers visibility (blips on map and trucks and trailers (if assigned) visible when passingby

YEP..that could work...and it your Sandwich is OLD an MOLDY..then Diarhea/Nausea...."Seek Medical Help" (find a Green Cross/park there/activate the Stomach Pump Button like the SLEEP?) LOL New DLC maybe? HAHAHA

damage...NA...already asked to cmplex/techy, (ah well) Truck Wash? Good idea...nice SHINY Trucks never get FLAGGED at Gov Scales for Inspecition in my day! Besides..the SIGNS say truck wash and point at it at truck stops? (DLC MAYBE?)

This thread reminds me of the eating mechanic from Cross Country Canada 2. It was a simple 'Eat Here' button and the price of food was based on what province you were in and the taxes.
