Traffic accident blocking the highway!

I took an External job and was halfway to the delivery point when I came around a corner on the highway when I found a queue on the the road. When I looked at the beggining of the queue I saw a Truck that has jackknifed! Anybody knows how to get around this because know I've been sitting in this queue for 20 minutes?

If you push realy slow, You don’t make damage 😉. But better is to reload.

Or just use g_traffic (any number that isn't 1) then g_traffic 1

to reset it without leaving the game. Why force yourself into a full load sequence unnecessarily?

Hi.The quickest way is to press escape and go into Graphic options then enable/disable v/sync - what ever it is set at - accept the change when asked then when you go back into the game the traffic will be gone. I've often done this because i use a traffic mod that often has long traffic queues or traffic crashes and taking too much time waiting will put me over the delivery time.

From the timing I think I ran into the same traffic jam. I went in and checked my drivers while sitting in the line. When I came back, the traffic was all gone and only about two minutes had passed.

It does work IF this is normal traffic and not a detour. Detours can not be removed that way as you have to manually reroute to get to your destination.

However if you don't like detours you can disable them by putting the detour slider in the gameplay settings all the way to the left. But this won't affect already existing detours.

g_traffic 0 does nothing for me ...still tracking jam
