$250-300 but well worth it.
You get what you pay for.
I even use a Logitech G920 and am well satisfied with that steering wheel. :)
- But it is in a somewhat higher price range than you have money for, unless you are lucky enough to find a used quality steering wheel in the price range you have money for.
I have read about people who use Thrustmaster steering wheel which they are well satisfied with. :)
BTW: Remember to make sure you buy a steering wheel with 900% turning
No full 900 degree steering for a start and usually very cheaply made so will feel uncomfortable after you have used it for a while and also possibly prone to breakages, FFB not good or non existent.
Save up too buy a much better wheel.
Shifter not really needed but can be bought at a later date for more realism with some of the older trucks that did not have "automatic". All trucks in game can be driven with some form of automatic gear shifting.
