Have you tried using "Volvo" as a keyword in the job list?

I tried it on a mod free profile but that should not make any difference otherwise it would have been stated that this useless dlc has to have the entire game to it's self
Then we can hope one of the nice people who has knowledge of that kind can tell what is going wrong in your game.
You can find your game.log in your documents in the ETS2 folder as a default install on Windows. (If it is not there check OneDrive.) On a Mac the ETS2 folder is in your Library and there in the Application Support. On Linux the ETS2 folder is in the .local and there in the share.

- Do you mean a completely pure vanilla profile that has never been modded?
Or a profile where previous mods have been removed? (removed mods can leave things that can have an adverse effect on the game)
