A simple google search would help you find the correct load order. If your game crashes with this then make sure none of your other mods are conflicting with ProMods.

Could you elaborate, please, on what exactly is happening? If it's crashing out to desktop, we'll want to see a copy of the game.log.txt file just after a crash. Copy it to pastebin.com and then put link(s) to that here.
