Maximum amount hired drivers in ETS2

I gues i've reached the maximum amount of hired drivers in the game.
275 hired drivers + myself is 276 drivers. Still i can buy garages and upgrade to 5, but everyday i get the same message that i have to wait for the next day to see if i can hire a driver.
Nope 275 is the limit.

Please fix this amount in the next update, cause i have several garages with no drivers in it.... i can move drivers to other garages, but what's the fun of that ?
Every player who reads this doesn't need to upgrade any garage. if you buy all garages and put just 3 drivers in it, still you need more drivers for the rest of your garages (more than 275)

ps i read somewhere else on the forum that there are 116 garages to be bought (if you have all DLC's added)
so 116 x 5 drivers = 580 drivers to hire in the game, thats 305 drivers needed extra (!)

It was never intended that you be able to fill every garage with drivers.

if you develop a game, and write it so that you can buy garages and also upgrade any garage to put hired drivers in it, than you have to write that you can reach the maximum amount of hired drivers in the maximum upgraded garages (with all downloaded DLC's). not to put there a limit for less hired drivers in the game though ?

Who says the purchase or upgrade of a garage must facilitate or necessitate the hiring of drivers? Simply owning the garage allows you to Quick Travel to that city and having it upgraded allows you to refuel at reduced cost.

if you start the game for the very first time, than you'll read that the meaning is, to earn money for the very first time so that you can buy your own truck.
After that you can read that the intention is to start your own transport company and to grow to a big company.
This information is allready given at the beginning when you start the game.
So intended to buy garages and upgrade to (5) earn faster and more money in the game with the hired drivers.
When you continue that storyline you will come to the point that you reach the limit (that was not intended at the first beginning)

They don't simply say:
"start your own company and grow, but remember there's a limit in the game for the maximum amount of hired drivers you can get"
lol

True that, when you buy any garage, you can fast travel on the map, from garage to garage.
True that, when you expand your garages, the fuel costs are lower.

But that information isn't given in the game. you have to discover that on your own :)

There has always been a limit. You have never been able to fill every garage with drivers.

And once you get to the point of having 200+ drivers, what's the point of more? You already have more money than you can spend, there is no need for more. :)

That's why my question is to the developers of the game to write the game correct and that i ask for an update for the game (write it even better. like it is intended in the first beginning)
That i earn more money which i can't even spend in the game is an possibility for the developers to do something with that given information :P
Why not add other possibilities to the game ? so that you really can spend the money you earn ?

For example:
Create your own garage or change it so that you can create your own repair garage with an bridge for the truck(s) or whatever you need for your truck(s)
Maybe develop an whole other garage or the possibility to add the planting of trees or whatever you like, around your garage ?

Why even tolerate than, the use of any mod in the game ?
Actually that is cheating the game though ?

The point of getting more (200+) drivers in the game is just continuing the story-line of the game.

Hey i'm new to this game , please tell me did you work your way up from 0 ? i mean did you take a loan from the bank and started working your way ? how do i get this ods that all ppl are talking about ?

in the first beginning, i just take orders as a hired driver myself :) after that i earn money to buy my first simple truck. but i didn't have enough to buy more trucks (3 in the beginning) for my first garage.
at that point i loan some money from the bank so that i actually can buy 3 trucks and hire drivers for the trucks.
The hired drivers earn also money for your company.
So, you earn money when you drive in the game, and the hired drivers earn money.
You earn money faster in the beginning :)
after playing a few hours i actually could pay the bank the money back, and start growing for even a bigger company :)

that's how i played it at the beginning
in the beginning i played without using any mod.
i suggest to do the same in the beginning, and not start using any mod in the first levels.
With this way you learn how the game works and how to drive or take orders, how to buy and upgrade a garag and how to get hired drivers (you can't find if you not find something else first) etc etc instead of directly use any kind of mod :)

I agree with you, but people who had all the dlc's would be at an advantadge to peple who do not as they have more garages and therefore more workers

I played some monthts without buying any DLC.
I even didn't have any steer to play with, just mouse and keyboard.
First i wanted to know if i would still like the game for a longer period of time before change anything about computer or buy a steer (never have had any steer before)
After a few months i still liked to play the game (learned a lot) and actually did buy my first simple steering wheel.
That played a lot better ! And i liked the game a lot more now !

After that i decide to buy my first DLC for the game, and no i don't ave all DLC's
You don't have to buy any DLC if you don't want to (or even can't)
You still will come to the point of maximum amount of hired drivers in the game :)

345 trucks (all Scania Streamline)

no more drivers to hire in the game
a lot of garages to buy and upgrade !
a lot of trucks to buy to fill any new bought and upgraded garage in the furure, but they won't drive any mile or (for my country) any Km :(

The business management part of the game is not the focus, so I see no need to adjust(not fix) the limit to suit your desire. I would personally considering that an "End Game" situation. Drivers are not worth the time to get and do not affect any statistic. They feel more like random encounters collectables that once found are no longer relevant to the game. I only have 5 drivers hired. Just to bring in some money so I can enjoy the game rather than be bored out of my mind.

i enjoy the game very much and certainly are not bored my mind with it :)
i only ask to develop the game better as it is intended to be in the beginning.
Every city where i can buy a garage, i buy a garage and upgrade that to the maximum for 5 trucks/drivers.
It is unfortunately that there are no drivers anymore to give work to, and even earn more money for my company.
As is see is that i can't expand or grow anymore in the game. My company is at its best as it can be in the game.
The only thing that matters now for buying a garage, is the advantage to fast travel on the map ;)
