Report a translation problem
1. Make sure you don't have any other controllers plugged in.
2. BEFORE you start up the game, "calibrate" your wheel by turning it lock-to-lock and pressing the pedals to full.
3. Re-do the controller config settings.

All you have to do is unassign keys for steering in the game in options.
Re-Boot up the game and goto advanced and it should detect your wheel
