Before you go and screw everything up, let me give you a couple of pointers.
All my trucks, everyone of them, are left hand drives.
Most of my driving is done in Europe. That stands to reason. There is more places in Europe.
With a LHD Truck, you get metric gauges and speedo.
Unless you change things in options.
Now, when I drive in the UK, I see a sign that says 50mph, and my speedo says 80Kmh.
Now you just rely on the advisor speed turning Red to show you that you are exceeding the speed limit.
Now if you are one of those who races everywhere, then you'll never know. Also it won't make any difference what speed you are doing.
In Europe, all the signs are metric AND so is my gauges.
Simple!
Cheers 😀

RHD trucks have mph gauge
LHD trucks have km/h gauge...
And this is real, it looks that way in europe :) So, it is wise to either use road advisor set up in km/h in RHD, or learn that:
30mph = 48km/h
50mph = 80km/h
