Game keeps Crashing with Promods

Hi everyone. I just installed a few promods (successfully I suppose) and they like to cause my game to crash. I was really excited to drive around a few of these countries, and, yeah, I'm a bit disappointed. I followed the tutorial on the website step-by-step and it just doesn't work. Once I turn the Promods off, the game stops crashing, so that's definitely the problem.

The website for the promods attempts to be very helpful. It gave a list of possibilities for why the game was crashing. However, I checked all of them (as the website advised) and I couldn't find any problem with how I installed it. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have all 3 map DLCs? What is the load order you used in the Mod Manager? Are you running any other mods?

he means the order you put your map mods in.

I went to the promods website and followed the tutorial. I installed all 7 of the archives (and the DEF) or whatever, and put them in the mod folder.

Did you unpack the *.scs files from that 7-piece multi-volume 7zip archive? You can't just stick the archive pieces into the mod folder.

I put the 7th one (like the tutorial said) through Winarp, and it gave me these 5 files. I copied them into the mod folder.

so with just promods, in mod manager (bottom to top) should be assets - media - models 3 - models 2 - models 1 - map - def

My documents app won't let me drag the files into order...

Ok, I defied the system and it still won't work.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong with the DEF? Can someone give me a guide to that?

Okay, just making sure you unpacked them. :)

The order they're talking about above is not the order in the directory, rather, the priority order in the Mod Manager, in the game.
