No ECO deliverys?

I have to delivery fuel to ECO stations for a france achievement and they aren't listed in quickjobs (all citys active)

I have the ADR skill maxed out, but I am wondering if it requires the ECO skill too. I didn't bother to get that cause I never had a problem with fuel for my truck.

Does it matter at all if you take quickjobs (that's what I do) or regular jobs to find Eco deliveries??
Only seen a few and only did one so far, cause they are very, very rare, at least in quickjobs!

Quick Jobs are fine. :)

Quick jobs are probably the easiest way to pick up the fuel delivery jobs since you don't have to be close enough to the sending location to reach it before the job expires. You can also find them in WoT jobs but they are not common and seem to be restricted to particular destinations from particular starting points (eg. from BHB in Le Havre I've only ever seen the Le Havre and Montpelier ECOs as recipients and I've spent a lot of time hanging around in that particular area).
