Mouse moving down by itself

Hello,
I recently reinstalled the game on a new hard drive now every time i plug my steering wheel and pedals in the mouse moves down by itself and I can't navigate the menus or set my wheel and pedals up properly! Is there a fix for this?

Try:
Launch the game. Do not click on Drive.

Go to Options >> Controls.

Scroll down the list to alternate mouse cursor controller and click Reset.

The cursor is being controlled by more than just the mouse
