All you need is the Logitech Gaming Software.
This sets up you wheel with windows and allows you to modify how you want it to respond.
Then you can auto find it within ETS2 and modify in game settings.
I can help with both of those to get you going if needed.
Funny that, I am 60 at the end of the year, but I am pretty tech savvy, been working with computers since 1980 when they was the size of a house and less powerful than a watch.
Thanks for the info much appreciated.
Is it possible to obtain the software from other sources if the seller no longer has it or should i just buy one from someone who includes it in the sale?
You can still get it from Logitech as it is the same software used by their "newer" wheels etc.

Prices and condition vary so much so thats nice to know.
I may contact you in the non too distant future, if that's ok with you, if i have any problems sorting it.
Thanks for now.
Yes of course it is..

All the very best with getting your wheel up and running!
I get a newer version of the Logitech Gaming Software listed.
Ahhh, the one you listed is 32bit, the one I listed is 64bit.
I myself have a G920 with the stick attachment. Aside from dampener on the Brake pedal making it too stiff, I'm quite happy with it. I understand G29 is also well liked because of more buttons.
You are quite right
Kenton listed the link above.
I have included it here. Both 32 bit and 64 bit are available from that page.

Its performance is absolutely great and G27 worth all its money. I even made my own DIY SKRS shifter and I very pleased.
IMO G27 was the BEST wheel Logitech made.
As others said here, you need to download the Logitech's drivers. Unless you using Linux like I do. If yes, then you will need some additional drivers and also force feedback drivers. I recommend those from Berama; his Oversteer and his new lg4ff drivers.

p.s.1. If you can get a G27 in a good condition, go for it. It worths its money !!!
p.s.2. If you will want to drive automatic, don't go for G27. G27 is PERFECT for manual driving :)
